Anthropologie in Greenville, SC is seeking a Sales Associate to contribute to driving sales by delivering a genuine and unique shopping experience for every customer.

You will engage customers with personalized conversation, support a selling environment across the floor, and help maintain visual and operational standards while staying current on merchandising updates.

Starting pay is USD 12.30 per hour, with benefits, discounts and opportunities to grow with the URBN family.

• Initiates genuine conversation to engage with customers in a personalized way.
• Supports a selling environment by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
• Provides a frictionless customer experience by using technology to transact in the moment, find sizes/colors, and place orders.
• Builds productive relationships with peers and helps others.
• Participates in the learning and sharing of product knowledge and styling priorities.
• Contributes to positive team morale and store initiatives.
• Provides feedback to Store Leadership about the customer and employee experience.
• Understands contribution to service and selling each shift to impact store business.
• Supports shipment process and omni order fulfillment; maintains stock levels on the floor.
• Maintains Anthropologie's visual and operational standards; stays current on merchandising updates.
