Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking entry-level Team Members for flexible part-time and full-time roles at our Dillon location. You will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling transactions, and assisting with food preparation while maintaining safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old
• Computer skills, including some Microsoft software and register skills
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and stoop
• Ability to be mobile in freezer/cooler with temperatures from 40° F to -10° F

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
• Deliver exceptional customer and store experience
• Foster an environment of teamwork
• Responsible for customer product and service standards
• Execute quality store operations
• Clean store, small wares, merchandise, and physical plant
• Operate food preparation machinery
