Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Hillsborough, NC is seeking a Team Member to assist customers and fellow team members while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will support selling initiatives and complete assigned tasks with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Key duties include operating the cash register, merchandising, freight processing, Plan-o-grams, assembling merchandise, and assisting customers with loading purchases.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail/farming/pet-equine/welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required or implicit.
• Propane certification and dispensing training may be needed for those over 18.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participate in mandatory freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandising tasks.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
