Job summary

The Screamin Peach is a locally owned waxing studio in Northern Colorado, known for personalized care and a comfortable environment. We are seeking a hands-on receptionist with strong customer service and sales skills to manage appointments, answer inquiries, check clients in/out, handle cash, and support retail merchandising.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of customer service or retail experience, receptionist duties, and familiarity with spa software like Zenoti.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Experience in receptionist duties preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate well, both verbally and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling client appointments.
• Answering phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Check clients in and out.
• Enforce booking policy and cash handling.
• Assist customers and sell retail items.
• Maintain boutique merchandising and cleanliness.
• Open and close shop duties.
• Communicate sales and specials to clients.
• Manage the appointment book and confirm bookings.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
