Job summary

Walgreens is hiring for a Customer Experience teammate who greets customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive shopping experience. This role supports operations, maintains clean merchandising, handles transactions, and participates in store duties such as inventory, web pick-ups, and photo services.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service and operate cash register handling transactions.
• Keep counters, shelves, and displays clean and well merchandised; assist with stock and price checks.
• Support with inventory, web pickup responsibilities, and photo services in the store area.
• Follow store policies, protect assets, and collaborate with coworkers to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
