Job summary

Walgreens in Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Experience team member to greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience. You will help with checkout, returns, and maintain clean, well-merchandised shelves, while supporting photo services and web pickup tasks.

Preferred candidates have retail experience and familiarity with Walgreens procedures, and must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to maintain satisfaction.
• Provide courteous, fast, and efficient service at the register and with returns.
• Maintain clean, attractive merchandise displays and stock.
• Support photo services and web pick-up operations as needed.
• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager.
