• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Recommends items for sale and processes purchases, refunds, exchanges as needed.
• Maintains store cleanliness, merchandising, inventory records, and displays.
