Job summary

Jump Start Stores Inc. is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting daily store operations. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, operate the POS system, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

This role requires reliability, honesty, and a customer-first attitude. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to count money and make change accurately.
• Capable of standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist with purchases.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash/checks/credit transactions accurately.
• Stock and maintain clean shelves, restrooms, and sales floor areas.
• Support store safety, cleaning, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a welcoming, efficient store environment.
