Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Manager to lead product vision, planning and delivery across the ExtendPay Plan and related customer experience initiatives.

You will collaborate with Product, Risk, Operations, Marketing, Technology, Finance, Legal and Compliance to translate customer insights into strategic priorities and measurable outcomes. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, define roadmaps, establish business cases and success metrics, and drive cross-functional delivery through

Qualifications

• Product management experience
• Experience in payments, financial services, or related field
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to leverage customer research, data and market insights to identify opportunities
• Knowledge of credit card installment lending programs, payment solutions or related products preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product and customer experience strategies that support customer needs and business goals
• Provide strategic leadership for the ExtendPay Plan portfolio, including performance optimization and roadmap development
• Translate customer insights, objectives and market opportunities into actionable initiatives
• Lead cross-functional efforts to identify, prioritize, and implement customer experience improvements
• Establish business cases and success metrics for new capabilities and process improvements
