Wegmans is seeking a Front End Customer Service Team member to help ensure customers end their shopping trips with a positive experience. You’ll engage customers in friendly conversation, carefully handle bagged items, and keep the parking lot safe and organized.

In this role you’ll proactively offer additional assistance, assist during inclement weather, and work to transform first-time shoppers into Wegmans loyal customers through attentive, smiling interactions and quality service.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service preferred, in food service, grocery or retail.
• Ability to engage customers with friendly conversation and eye contact.
• Ability to lift/push items and work in a light-to-medium physical environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot, gather shopping carts and pick up garbage
• Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling
• Proactively offer additional assistance or services and thank the customer for shopping at Wegmans
• Offer additional service during inclement weather
