Job summary

pOpshelf is seeking a Team Member to act as a customer service contact, stock and merchandise displays, and maintain a clean store environment. The role includes operating cash registers, assisting customers, and following merchandising guidelines to drive sales and protect assets.

Qualifications

• Basic math and cash-handling proficiency.
• Ability to operate a cash register and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service at checkout and throughout the store.
• Stock and merchandise displays to maximize sales and look appealing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment.
• Assist customers with self-checkout and product location needs.
• Rotate merchandise per planograms and reset displays as needed.
• Follow store policies and procedures and protect store assets.
