Job Overview

Description

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Customer Experience Manager is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow top-line sales. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead and demonstrate company values within the store.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
  • Conduct associate observations and coaching.
  • Understand all associate roles and ensure teamwork for customer satisfaction.
  • Drive top-line sales by linking results to behaviors and actions.
  • Manage labor hours to optimize sales and profit.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure brand appearance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams for effective communication and execution.
  • Lead adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Additional duties may include floorset mapping, product launch support, onboarding, and shipment processing.

This role requires physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks such as bending, stretching, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Compensation

Minimum Salary: $23.30
Maximum Salary: $30.40

Actual salary depends on skills, experience, location, and other factors.
