Store - Houston, TX

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist Store Manager in ensuring compliance with SOPs, company policies, and standards; manage store conditions and results.
  2. Follow all front-end policies and procedures; achieve KPIs and manage team performance.
  3. Plan and execute in-store events and class programs.
  4. Lead omnichannel processes.
  5. Manage shrink and safety programs.
  6. Assist with cash reconciliation, bank deposits, and inventory processes including RTV and ASN activities.
  7. Support onboarding and training of new team members; coach and develop team; participate in performance management.
  8. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  9. Interact positively with customers, assist in locating products, and provide solutions.
  10. Participate in truck unloading and stocking, ensuring standards are met.
  11. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production where applicable.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Retail management experience preferred.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy items.
  • Work includes nights, weekends, early mornings, and some outdoor activities.
