Store - HILTON HEAD-BLUFFTON, SC

Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations.
2. Lead omnichannel processes and maintain store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises.
3. Provide friendly customer service and assist in managing adherence to SOPs, company policies, and legal requirements.
4. Achieve KPIs for yourself and your team, plan and execute in-store events, and manage shrink and safety programs.
5. Assist with cash reconciliation, inventory processes, onboarding new team members, and training staff.
6. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and promote a positive, respectful environment.
7. Help customers find products, participate in truck unloading and stocking, and lead high-quality custom framing delivery where applicable.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Retail management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy objects.
• Work includes nights, weekends, and early mornings in a climate-controlled environment, with some outdoor work.
