Job summary

GE Vernova sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Ansprechpartner/in zur Koordination von Reparaturprozessen für Turbolaufwerke und Module. Sie arbeiten eng mit Service-Center, Channels und Endkunden zusammen, um Informationen, Prioritäten und Termine abzustimmen.

Zu den Aufgaben gehört das Planen von Kundenbesuchen, regelmäßige Statusmeldungen und die Unterstützung bei Kosten-, Berichts- und Abrechnungsprozessen. Eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Projekterfahrung sind erforderlich.

Qualifications

• Bachelorabschluss von einer akkreditierten Universität (oder GED/High School mit 5 Jahren MRO-Erfahrung im Gas-Turbine-Bereich).
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, schriftlich und mündlich.
• Erfahrung im MRO-Bereich von Gasturbinen ist vorteilhaft.

Responsibilities

• Hauptansprechpartner zur Verwaltung aller Kanal- und Endkunden-Interaktionen bei Reparaturen von Motoren/Modulen.
• Vermittlung zwischen Service-Center, Kanal- und Endkunden, Feedback-Infos priorisieren.
• Planung und Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen und sicherstellen, dass Informationen zum Reparaturstatus bereitstehen.
• Anwendung von Projektmanagement- und Führungsfähigkeiten, um Pläne zu erstellen und Implementierung sicherzustellen.
• Tagesaktuelle Statusmeldungen zu Reparaturen an Engine-Teilen liefern.
• Wöchentliche Channel-Status-Updates für Reparaturen durchführen.
• Maßnahmen bezüglich Reparaturen, Berichterstattung, Kosten und Abrechnung koordinieren.
• Unterstützung bei Lean, EHS, Qualitäts- und Prozessverbesserungsprojekten.

Verantwortlich für die Erleichterung von Transaktionen, die Herstellung, Montage und Lieferung von Ersatz-/Reparaturteilen und -geräten im Rahmen eines Servicevertrags oder -auftrages.
Beinhaltet Aktivitäten wie das Verarbeiten von Transaktionen, das Verwalten von Prozessen, die Materialverwaltung, den Betrieb vor Ort oder die Lagerlogistik und den Versand, manchmal in einer Ladenstruktur. Beinhaltet handwerkliche und nicht handwerkliche Arbeitskräfte sowie Managerfunktionen, die ausschließlich für diese Aufgaben verantwortlich sind. Verantwortlich für die Planung/Ausführung des Abteilungsbetriebs oder konzentriert sich auf die Ausführung von beruflichen Tätigkeiten innerhalb einer technischen Disziplin.Hat eine gewisse Autonomie, wird jedoch von festgelegten Richtlinien oder der Überprüfung der Endergebnisse geleitet.
Die Stelle ermöglicht die Änderung von Arbeitsabläufen und Praktiken, sofern die Endergebnisse den Standards der Akzeptanz (Qualität, Umfang, Aktualität usw.) entsprechen.

Job Description

What you’ll do

• Act as the main point of contact to manage all channel and end customer interactions pertaining to the repair of the customers engines or modules.
• Act as the intermediary between the service center and the channel and end customers providing feedback and priority information to ensure alignment between all parties.
• Plan and Host customer visits to ensure the visits are well planned and managed with the goal of making our customers feel welcome and ensuring they get the information needed about the repair of their assets.
• Utilize project management and leadership influence skills to ensure the project has a plan and that all parties are aligned to execute on that plan.
• Provide regular daily status updates on various aspects of the engine repairs
• Host weekly channel status updates for the repair of the customers engines and modules.
• Facilitate actions around repair, reporting, cost and billing accuracy to ensure all aspects of the repairs are addressed with the correct urgency.
• Participate and support in Lean, EHS, quality and process improvement projects.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Gas turbine MRO or related field.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,400.00 and $152,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
