Charter Manufacturing, a fourth-generation family-owned metals producer, is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead Charter Casting’s CX strategy and customer service team.

You will shape the CX program across the organization, build a multi-year roadmap, define measures, and drive improvements in responsiveness, pricing support, CRM, and e-commerce, collaborating with sales, operations and IT to elevate customer loyalty.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Seven years' experience in customer facing roles.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; MS Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the organization's CX strategy.
• Create a multi-year CX roadmap with quarterly updates.
• Identify CX metrics and provide improvements from VOC and data.
• Leverage automation to speed responsiveness and transactions.
• Manage a team of customer service professionals.
• Standardize customer service processes across locations.
