Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform basic arithmetic.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and provides assistance and recommendations.
• Rings up sales accurately and handles payments.
• Maintains store cleanliness and carries out basic upkeep of equipment.
• Maintains stock and places signage for merchandising.
• Assists with inventory, shift audits, and reporting.
• Supports coaching and training of new employees and adjusts staffing as needed.
• Follows pricing strategies and supports proper cash controls.
