Slalom is seeking a Director for its Customer Experience (CX) department located in San Francisco. This position reports to the West Region CX Capability Lead and will be part of the Northern California GTM Leadership team. Candidates must be based in the Northern California market.
This role connects the regional CX Capability strategy with Northern California market needs. You will be a subjectmatter expert and thought leader at external events, collaborate with industry partners to identify opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
You will develop and drive a go-to-market strategy, contribute to sales pipeline growth, support delivery in billable roles, and partner with leadership to achieve revenue targets and address capability challenges.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:
For this position as Director, the base salary pay range is $204,000‑255,000
For this position as Senior Director, the base salary pay range is $245,000‑319,000
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
