Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales by presenting Unlimited Wash Club packages.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through Quality Control checks.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS).
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.
• Upsell memberships and other products to customers.
