Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
  • Answer calls promptly with a friendly attitude
  • Manage emails, texts, and calls
  • Record accurate call details and refer medical inquiries to veterinarians
  • Greet and check in customers warmly, monitor wait times, and improve workflow efficiency
  • Offer beverages or snacks, listen empathetically, resolve complaints quickly, and gather customer feedback
  • Process payments accurately and thank customers as they leave
Customer Focus
  • Engage with customers during wait times
  • Monitor and improve hospital flow and emergency room utilization
  • Communicate customer needs to medical staff and provide confidentiality
  • Follow up post-visit and facilitate video chats when necessary
Participation
  • Identify safe, creative ways for customer participation
  • Capture and celebrate special moments with permission
  • Create personalized experiences for pets and owners
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years in customer service
  • Proficiency with computer and practice management software
