Walgreens in Lafayette, CO is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with products, and deliver a friendly, efficient checkout experience. You will operate the cash register, handle payments, and resolve questions to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include recommending items, maintaining clean, well-merchandised aisles, processing returns and exchanges, and supporting inventory, photo services, and web-order pickups as needed. A flexible schedule is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsabilités

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Recommends items for sale and trade-up and/or companion items.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, takes inventory, and maintains records.
• Processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and upkeep of store condition and appearance.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and assists with web pick-up responsibilities.
