Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a friendly, results-driven Customer Experience Associate to help customers with products and services. You will greet customers, provide assistance, and deliver courteous checkout service at the register, supporting a positive shopping experience.

You will maintain store appearance, stock and merchandising, process transactions, handle returns, and assist with web pick-up orders. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required to meet store needs in a dynamic retail

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service at the register.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Maintain counters and shelves, stock and merchandize.
• Assist with returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Follow asset protection procedures and comply with store policies.
• Support with web pick-up, order filling, and delivery to customers.
• Keep the store clean and organized and assist with maintenance as needed.
• Attend training and develop skills per manager direction.
