Job summary

Englefield, Inc. is seeking friendly, motivated individuals for full-time roles in its store team. You will greet customers, handle transactions, keep a clean store, stock shelves, and support inventory control while promoting loyalty programs.

Qualifications

Customer-focused mindset and willingness to help customers.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
Process transactions using POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
Stock shelves and manage inventory to help customers find what they need.
Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
Promote loyalty programs and rewards to customers.
Use technology to assist customers and improve efficiency.
