Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer questions, and help customers locate products.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain radio communication with associates.
• Develop knowledge of Coastal Farm product offerings and promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance.
• Maintain store housekeeping and signing, pricing, and POS operations.
• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning duties such as vacuuming and trash disposal.
