Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver a highly satisfying shopping experience.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash accurately.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and maintain merchandising standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and follow procedures.
• Assist with store recovery, cleanliness, and safety throughout the day.
• Support shrink reduction programs and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
