Qualifications

• Age 18 years or older and able to work in a retail environment.
• Strong listening and communications skills, both in person and virtually when applicable.
• Willingness to learn or familiarity with job-specific technology.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability to assist customers.
• Desire to work with customers and build positive relationships.
• Good verbal communication skills and a friendly, organized demeanor.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
