Job summary

• Process transactions quickly, accurately and efficiently.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash, checks, credit, debit, and Snap/EBT.
• Follow cash handling policies and protect against loss.
• Adhere to guidelines on restricted items (Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs).
• Report pricing discrepancies to the Scan Coordinator.
• Stay informed about current and upcoming ads and promotions.
• Follow food safety regulations and safety procedures.
• Provide information about products and help customers in store.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
