Englefield Retail welcomes friendly, customer-focused team members to join our store in full-time or part-time roles. You will greet customers, process transactions with POS systems, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized.

We value basic math and cash handling, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling, and comfort with technology. Retail or food service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized store inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote rewards programs to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers and track inventory.
