Qualifications

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale system and handle cash/electronic transactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift/move merchandise and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver courteous service throughout the shopping experience.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Maintain merchandise accuracy and proper stock levels on the sales floor.
• Promote store programs and suggest complementary merchandise.
