Job summary

The Equitable Bank in Milwaukee seeks a Full-Time Teller/Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly service, process transactions, and build lasting customer relationships while identifying financial needs.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail, financial, or service-based sales preferred.
• Cash handling experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service while building lasting customer relationships.
• Engage with customers to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Identify referral opportunities that support customers' financial goals and branch growth objectives.
• Conduct outbound customer outreach to share product updates, promote offers, and strengthen relationships.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services to explain features and benefits.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions accurately while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with teams across the bank including customer service, accounting, loan servicing, and other departments.
