Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, helping them reach financial goals by recommending deposit, loan and other banking products while delivering exemplary service.

You will process transactions accurately, educate customers on bank technology, and proactively grow relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals from customers and partners.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Licenses: This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including being required to provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.

Summary:

As a Customer Experience Banker, you are a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers. You are responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan and other banking products and services. Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Exempt Status: (Yes= not eligible for overtime pay) (No= eligible for overtime pay)

Workplace Type: Office

Compensation Range:

$22.00-$27.50 Hourly

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
