Job summary

Huntington in Minnesota seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and expanding consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and offering deposits and other banking services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and uphold security, risk and regulatory policies while delivering exemplary service. Banking knowledge and comfort with technology are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or related military service, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales preferred.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology (mobile and online banking).

• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.

As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you are a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers. Processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balances daily while providing exemplary customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Compensation Range

$22.00-$24.00 Hourly The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.
