Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers.

You will help retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products and services. You will process customer transactions accurately and educate customers on bank products and technology while adhering to all policies and procedures.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Licenses: Fingerprints required by NMLS regulations.

Summary:

As a Customer Experience Banker, you are a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers. You are responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan and other banking products and services. You will process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in order to provide exemplary customer service while educating customers on bank products, services and technology.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Licenses: This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including being required to provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Exempt Status: (Yes) = not eligible for overtime pay (No) = eligible for overtime pay
