Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS at our Columbus branch. You will serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, focusing on retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by understanding goals and recommending deposit products and services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service while educating customers on banking options and referring to other areas to deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

• Being proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
