Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers and act as a financial concierge. You will retain and grow customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit and other banking products.

You will balance daily transactions and provide exemplary service. Role emphasizes proactive sales, cross-selling opportunities, and strong partnership across bank areas, while adhering to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Bilingual Spanish

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Being proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products.

As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you are a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers. Processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balances daily while providing exemplary customer service.

Basic Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Compensation Range:

$23.00-$26.00 Hourly

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.
