Huntington is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to be a Financial Concierge for walk‑in customers. You will help customers achieve financial goals by identifying needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking solutions while processing transactions with accuracy and courtesy.
The role emphasizes proactive relationship building, education on digital tools, adherence to policies, and collaboration with partners to deepen customer relationships across consumer and business banking.

As a Customer Experience Banker, you are a Financial Concierge for our walk‑in customers. You are responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan and other banking products and services. You will process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in order to provide exemplary customer service while educating customers on bank products, services and technology.
This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including being required to provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
