Scheels is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Wisconsin to create a positive shopping experience. You will operate the register, handle cash, and stay knowledgeable about products and promotions to resolve inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting the Scheels Visa, balancing the cash drawer, and assisting with onboarding new cashiers. The role may require varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of cashiering experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile when entering and exiting the store.
• Enhance the customer experience by engaging in conversation while providing personalized service and promoting store promotions.
• Accurately scan items and ensure they are rung and paid for before exiting.
• Operate the register and follow cash handling policies.
• Assist with training of new Customer Service Associates and Cashiers.
• Support other front-end projects as needed.
