Job summary

A national discount retail chain is seeking motivated individuals for the Customer Service Associate position. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with merchandise selection, and completing transactions. Preferred candidates will have prior experience in retail or customer service environments and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environments.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner.
