Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to greet customers and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Register purchases on POS, handle cash, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; check in and price merchandise as directed.
• Assist with photo area services and web pick-up responsibilities.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with company policies; protect assets.
• Support with exterior and interior maintenance and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including passport photo and poster printing services.
• Participate in special assignments and other tasks as directed by management.
