Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Wisconsin LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. This role focuses on helping customers, processing transactions, and keeping the store well-stocked and welcoming.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with questions, managing the register, stocking merchandise, unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean, safe, and friendly store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required
• Strong organizational and communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Process sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
