Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our Mississippi store in Wiggins. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliability for part-time shifts at this Dollar Tree location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms and floors.
