Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to help deliver outstanding customer experiences and support daily store operations. You will assist with merchandising, drive sales, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll contribute to inventory accuracy, show attention to detail in visual merchandising, and work closely with teammates to meet store goals. A reliable schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric focus with passion for delivering great service.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and proficiency with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store upkeep.
