Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and handles refunds and exchanges as needed.
• Engages customers by greeting, assisting with products, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; checks in and prices merchandise.
• Provides customer service in the photo area, including passport photo and poster print services.
• Assists with web pick-up orders and delivery to customers as they arrive at the store.
• Maintains store appearance and complies with company policies and procedures.
