Enmarket is hiring Sales Associates in Georgia to support daily store operations and deliver a superior customer experience. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, promote specials, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, teamwork, and providing friendly, efficient service to every customer who visits our stations across Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth-grade level.
• Ability to validate identifications for tobacco/alcohol where required by regulations.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and carry beverage/dooding cases using proper lifting techniques.
• Remain calm and follow company policies in emergencies or high-pressure situations.
• Exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products may occur; work in varying temperatures.
• General housekeeping duties and store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at shift end per guidelines.
• Greet customers with a warm smile and promote specials.
• Ensure safe operation of store equipment and adherence to safety rules.
• Contribute to customer service program execution at the site level.
