Job summary

Wawa, Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly greet customers and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage with guests, prepare breakfast items and build-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas, and support fuel and gift card operations. You will also ensure shelves are stocked, keep the coffee station organized, and maintain store cleanliness and safety according to policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards; assist with lottery and age-restricted product verification.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked, shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following policies and procedures; complete housekeeping duties.
