Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; assists with stock and displays.
• Recommends items and assists customers with product selection and upselling.
• Handles returns, exchanges, refunds, and other transactions as needed.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and maintains professional relationships with coworkers.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and supports web pick-up when required.
