Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (unless in Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions, and process returns or exchanges as needed.
• Provide courteous, efficient checkout service and upsell related items.
• Maintain clean and organized counters and shelves; stock and price merchandise as directed by management.
• Adhere to asset protection procedures and comply with state laws for regulated products.
• Support store operations including photo services, web-pickup, and display maintenance.
