Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales at the cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Recommend items and upsell or suggest related products.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised; handle inventory and pricing as directed.
• Process returns, exchanges, rain checks, and refunds when needed.
• Provide customer service in photo area and assist with web pick-up orders.
• Adhere to asset protection procedures and store policies.
• Assist with store maintenance and cooperate with team members.
