Walgreens Co. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with products and services, and process transactions efficiently. You will help maintain appealing displays, stock shelves, and support photo services and order fulfillment, while upholding policy and asset-protection standards.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required; prior retail or Walgreens experience is preferred to enhance customer care and store operations.

Qualifikationen

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred
• Prior work experience with Walgreens preferred

Aufgaben

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Recommends items for sale and trade-ups; maintains clean, merchandised counters and shelves.
• Assists with display construction, price tagging, and stock rotation; utilizes store systems and equipment.
• Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and poster print products.
• Assists with web pickup orders and fulfillment; ensures neat and orderly store conditions.
• Complies with company policies and procedures; supports asset protection measures.
