The role emphasizes courteous service, efficient transactions, and proactive customer assistance, including photo services and order pickup support. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Formación

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior experience with Walgreens preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous, fair, friendly, fast and efficient checkout service.
• Register sales on the cash register and handle returns, exchanges, refunds as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, check in and price merchandise.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and assist with web pick-up orders.
